Wednesday morning yoga is a nice time to wake up our bodies and move them midweek.
This is a vinyasa yoga class which is a class where yoga asanas (postures) are connected with breath. It is a dance of movement and stillness, spurred by music, to help transform and balance the body and mind.
All are welcomed, regardless as to where your practice may be.
